About the role
Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics and analytic data for TAO BIN's products. Ensure metrics are both simple to understand and easy to use in driving the business
Identifies trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets.
Designs and develops processes to extract data from internal and external sources based on business requirements, transforming them into meaningful data elements.
Propose research and analytical approaches and metrics to help answer critical business questions
Manage reporting updates as part of regular team reporting and stakeholder meetings
Contribute to planning, execution and reporting of custom research to aid in the development of marketing strategy and the evaluation of business performance
Socialize insights and analysis in cross-functional settings and manage the dissemination of relevant research and insights information
Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions
Keeps up with industry trends and technologies; evaluates new technologies as needed.
Contributes technical expertise in analytics methodologies, performance measurement, and research using advanced analytical and experimental social and digital platforms.
Requirement
Three or more years of related experience
Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and ability to work with extremely large datasets
Hands-on experience working with databases, large data sets, and combining data from multiple data sources.
Experience in working with data visualization tools and building report
Experience extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data from multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Masters or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Also equivalent alternative education, skills, and practical equivalent experience is acceptable
