2. จัดโครงการฝึกอบรม วางแผนการอบรม ระยะสั้น ระยะยาว ประจำเดือน และประจำปี

3. ติดตาม ประเมินผลหลังการฝึกอบรม

4. ดูแลทุกกระบวนการฝึกอบรม จัดทำสื่อการอบรม สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ

5. สามารถเป็นวิทยากรในการอบรม

• วางแผนการใช้พื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้า และบริหารงานสต๊อกสินค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างมี ระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ และวางแผนการส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าทัน เวลาและมีสภาพสมบูรณ์

• ควบคุมการดำเนินงาน รับเข้า-เบิกจ่าย และจัดเก็บสินค้าภายในคลังสินค้าให้ มีความถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ รวมถึงแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดเก็บสินค้า

• กำหนดพื้นที่จัดส่ง สายรถ แผนที่การเดินทาง และตรวจสอบการส่งสินค้าใน แต่ละวัน

• พัฒนาระบบ ขั้นตอน วิธีการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าและจัดส่งให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพิ่มขึ้น

• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานคลังสินค้าและจัดส่งสินค้า

We operate a hybrid workplace model – working both from home and the office. We have an office located in the Ari area of Bangkok - right next to Sanam Pao BTS, above a coffee shop and next to a craft beer bar. We also offer car parking. Founding team is both Thai and international. Founding team were former US Microsoft employees, have startup experience and a background in the vending business.

TAO BIN has become a household name in Thailand with thousands of machines deployed throughout the country and hundreds-of-thousands of cups sold per day. Behind these machines is a powerful data platform (vendii) that automatically knows when to refill the machines, what to refill the machines with and provides operators with a suite of tools – monitoring, alerting, analytics, to manage operations at scale. TAO BIN’s growth has been stratospheric and, with no signs of slowing down, next year we are going international. As such, we are looking for an experienced senior backend engineer to come onboard to help take our platform to the next level.

Our team, originally from the acquisition of vendii, is a looking to operate upwards of 100,000 machines worldwide over the next 3 years. We are building the best-in-class platform for vending operations, realised as an event driven distributed system integrating directly with IoT machines in real-time. Areas you’ll be working on include telemetry ingestion, inventory analytics & reporting, data engineering and security. There are many opportunities with giant latitude for you to have a tremendous influence on the direction of the product.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and scaling fault tolerant distributed services, leading technical decisions and a passion for good, clean software. Some basic English language skills would be helpful.

• สนับสนุนงานในแผนก HR ตามได้รับมอบหมาย

• ขับรถเติมสินค้าในตู้จำหน่ายสินค้าอัตโนมัติ (Vending Machine) ตามพื้นที่ต่างๆ ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ 

• จัดเตรียมสินค้า / เก็บเงินในตู้ เพื่อนำส่งบริษัท

• ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (อาจหยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์ - อาทิตย์) / เวียนกะทำงาน (เช้า-บ่าย)

• Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics and analytic data for TAO BIN's products. Ensure metrics are both simple to understand and easy to use in driving the business

• Identifies trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets.

• Designs and develops processes to extract data from internal and external sources based on business requirements, transforming them into meaningful data elements.

• Propose research and analytical approaches and metrics to help answer critical business questions

• Manage reporting updates as part of regular team reporting and stakeholder meetings

• Contribute to planning, execution and reporting of custom research to aid in the development of marketing strategy and the evaluation of business performance

• Socialize insights and analysis in cross-functional settings and manage the dissemination of relevant research and insights information

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions

• Keeps up with industry trends and technologies; evaluates new technologies as needed.

• Contributes technical expertise in analytics methodologies, performance measurement, and research using advanced analytical and experimental social and digital platforms.

Areas you’ll be working on include demand forecasting, replenishment optimisation, recommendation systems, route optimisation, customer vitals analysis and so much more! • Building and architecting web services
